I’m Steph, and I used to be truly terrible at sales.
I got my first sales job as an early employee at Groupon, making 100 cold calls a day at a desk inside a warehouse trying (and failing) to sell internet coupons. I was so bad at it, I was pulled into a conference room and asked to sign a document that stated if I didn’t turn it around soon, I’d be fired within the month.
Flash forward to 5 years later when I left that company. I was the Director of Sales Training for North America at the age of 26. I delivered sales process training to thousands of employees, even traveling to Europe to educate their staff overseas.
So what changed? I studied the art & science of sales. I learned that every sales interaction follows a repeatable, predictable cadence from “cold” to “enrolled”. I’ve taken all of this learning and built the 7-figure coaching business you see today.
